How to Make Cold Press Avocado Oil? (Pressing Fruit, Not Seed)
When thinking of cold press oil machines, dry seeds like nuts, sesame, or black cumin usually come to mind. But did you know our machines can also press fresh fruit pulp? Avocado oil is the most valuable and popular example of this versatility.

Unlike seeds, avocado requires some preparation. This process, as seen in the video, is more like processing a fruit than a seed:
- Preparation: The peels of ripe avocados are removed, and the large pits are taken out.
- Slicing: The seedless fruit pulp is sliced to fit into the machine's hopper.
- Pressing: The machine crushes this fresh and soft pulp with its powerful auger, separating the oil from the pomace.
Live Pressing: Fresh Avocado Oil with EB-1100 (Video)
You can clearly see in the video how our EB-1100 model processes the pitted and sliced fresh avocado fruit, separates that bright green oil, and ejects the pomace.
Why Cold Press Avocado Oil?
Most avocado oils on the market are refined or extracted with chemical solvents to achieve high profits. The cold press method preserves the oil's natural emerald green color, rich aroma, and most importantly, its Vitamin E and healthy fatty acids.
"Cold press avocado oil is one of the most luxurious and expensive oils, used both in gourmet kitchens for salads and sauces and in the cosmetic industry for skin care."
